I really am thinking about getting Monster Supercross 3 here on Steam now that I am a fan of Milestone. I am still content for my decision, because even the Multiplayer will be so much more competitive for a longer period of time with the latest game, 2019. Although the price was nice for PRO and I could of gotten another game, Gravel that I wanted all for the price of 2019 alone. Well I also heard that MGXP PRO is not that much better than MGXP3, and somehow got the idea that 2019 was much more of an improvement over PRO than PRO was ever of MGXP3. The style of presentation of 2019 is not Rock n Roll, but has some flavorful beats sounds very exciting. And it is plenty of hang time in 2019, and graphics are sharper, better optimized too in 2019. in real life, I don't know how much Stone that is, if your British. In the end what swayed my choice for this game 2019, was simply that there was Track editor and Waypoint races in the Playground, 2 things that frankly, I really do not use that much at all.Īlso was watching videos and there was some guy bad mouthing 2019 and praising PRO, saying how there is no air time and bikes are too heavy in 2019. I had PRO in my CART, ready to purchase on multiple occasions. I sat upon the same decision that you are on.and watched some videos and read some reviews. All the riders, bikes and teams of the 2019 MXGP and MX2 championships are ready to challenge you in the seasons official races, taking place all around. I got immediately grabbed by the feel of speed and sense of control of MGXP the official motorcross game as I tried it after buying only the first tier of that Humble bundle, for $1 and in my opinion is the only decent deal out of the entire bundle.

The merciless trench warfare offers a unique battlefield experience, immersing you and your squad into intense battles of attack and defense. Everything in the game has been tailored to recreate the grim atmosphere so typical of WW1, from the immersive interface and war torn maps to realistic sounds and voices that evoke the feeling of actually being there in the mud covered trenches, peering out over no man’s land in search of the enemy.Verdun is the first multiplayer FPS set in a realistic World War One setting, the game which started the 1914-1918 WW1 Game series. Uniforms have been recreated to the tiniest detail, the weapons are modeled to exact references and the maps use realistic props and terrain layouts. For Verdun, we carried out extensive field research at the battlefield itself and were advised by knowledgeable historians to make sure the individual elements in Verdun are as historically accurate as it can get. These authentic WW1 shooters let players choose from a range of squads from across the war, as they fight for control of the ever-changing frontlines. The WW1 Game Series currently includes Verdun and Tannenberg (set on the Eastern Front). This unforgiving war isn’t for the faint hearted! Keep your head down or quickly don your mask in the event of artillery strikes or gas attacks. Battle your way across no man’s land to capture the next enemy trench line, before switching to defense to protect your gains in the Frontlines game mode. Weapons need to be handled with skill – each gun handles differently and there are no floating crosshairs to aid your aim, along with realistic bullet physics to contend with. Skill based weapon handling, poisonous gas with a claustrophobic gas mask experience, horrendous gore effects, and ferocious artillery barrages Tactical squad-based FPS: 15 distinctive squad types representing soldiers from 5+ countries, each with distinct weapons and equipment True trench warfare: Real-time dynamic frontline with momentum based attack and counter-attack gameplay Authentic World War 1 setting: Typical WW1 music and style, historical battlefields representing the key theaters on the Western Front Challenging game modes: team-based Frontlines, tactical Attrition, skill-based Rifle Deathmatch, and relentless Squad Defense The gameplay in this true WW1 battlefield experience is as immersive and gritty as it can get, with features such as optional realistic gore which portrays the true horror of the First World War and authentic weaponry including artillery and gas. Experience World War One gameplay: Accurate weaponry with realistic bullet physics, The dynamic Frontlines game mode features 64 players taking turns to go over the top and attempt to capture the opposing trench line. The game offers 5 distinct game-modes with many historically accurate features such as realistic WW1 weaponry, authentic uniforms, horrendous gore, and maps based on the real battlefields of France and Belgium. The vicious close quarters nature of trench warfare means that skill with a bayonet can be as vital as good aim with a rifle. Verdun is the first multiplayer FPS set in a realistic World War One setting, the game which started the WW1 Game series. When a torrent client comes with the built-in search, it’s really great. This feature is handy when you are distributing something to a large number of people. Being able to prioritize your downloads and use magnet links is also of utmost importance.Īlso, note whether the app offers the ability to create your own torrents. The ideal torrent client should offer high download speeds and not overload your internet connection and computer. A torrent client should be more than just a downloader. When choosing, pay attention to the performance, compatibility with your device, make sure the torrent client supports features you need. To help you find a truly robust and powerful uTorrent 64 bit Mac alternative, let’s look at what features it should have. How to make the right choice for uTorrent alternative If you are still looking for a solid uTorrent replacement, this article will help you find the best alternative torrent client and working solutions for Monterey. Luckily for you, there are many alternatives to get the best torrenting experience on macOS. Although the web client is easy to use, the standalone app is undoubtedly more reliable and feature rich. If you are used to working with a desktop application, a browser version may not provide you with all the features you expect. uTorrent developers, in turn, decided not to upgrade uTorrent Mac Catalina from 32-bit to 64-bit and instead offered a browser-based app. It brought a lot of killing features and a new design, however dropped the support for all 32-bit applications. For those who don't know what happened, in October 2019, Apple released macOS Catalina. However, when macOS Catalina rolled out, uTorrent users had to look for a replacement. UTorrent Mac has long been the favorite torrent client and software for most Mac users. The upgrade also turns Folx into a YouTube downloader simply by pasting a URL and selecting the desired quality setting, which includes a handy audio-only option for music lovers. The reason why I should find alternative to uTorrent for Mac Downloads can be split across up to 10 threads, with on-the-fly granular control over the desired transfer speed for each task by clicking on the gauge icon in the lower left corner. Domino-pieces lining the streets, giant pawns that are used to break down barriers and playing cards as spawn points for enemies. What I love about this world are all these little details. Its signature warped stop-motion-like look makes Lost in Random almost always a feast to behold, Even if the occasional graphical glitch and lower resolution crops up on the Nintendo Switch. Each location has its own unique flavor and cast of characters that look as if they walked straight out of a boardgame designed for The Nightmare Before Christmas. The world design of Lost in Random is truly marvelous. As Even edges closer towards her goal, you also see glimpses in visions of what Odd is going through with the Queen in Sixtopia. Going through some spectacular locations like the twofold Two-Town and the warzone that has become the glorious kingdom of Threedom. From there the story twists and turns through the wonderful world of Random. Along the way she meets her new friend Dicey, another living magical dice that helps Even unlock strange new powers using her special cards. However, one night Even is awoken by a strange specter that she decides to follow. On her 12th birthday, Odd rolls the Queen’s magical dice and is taken away to live in the palace of Sixtopia under the guidance of the queen. Lost in Random follows the story of the sisters Even and Odd who live in a town called Onecroft. However, after spending more time it’s clear that a graphical downgrade isn’t what hinders Lost in Random under the hood. Returning to finish the game on Switch proved to be somewhat of a reality-check as it was clear that this version wasn’t on the same power-level as the PC. Its unique design and world-building made for an engaging combination of a strong narrative story and its own blend of card-gameplay. When I previewed Lost in Random a month or so ago, I was cautiously optimistic. You should confirm all information before relying on it. You can’t write user stories or make any design decisions whatsoever unless you first understand the needs of the people you’re designing for. You can’t make good design decisions until you understand your customers This is the best fuel for design work, and it’s from here that we can envisage high-quality experiences, make good decisions on features and UI components and begin sketching and prototyping what this will look like. If you’re building a website, the map describes what is going on in the minds of the people who come to your site and what they are trying to achieve by being there. You can read stories from left to right and follow a user’s journey, making it easy to understand what people are thinking and doing at every step. On a digital project, each user story might eventually equate to a page on your website or feature in your product, but by determining and writing our scope as a collection of user stories rather than features, we keep our focus squarely on real people and are free to make well-informed decisions on solutions later.Ī user story map is what we get when we arrange a collection of user stories in a big grid and arrange them in a logical manner. User stories are short, easily understood descriptions of things users want or need to do, written on post-it notes or index cards. It’s a favorite mapping technique of mine that I learned working with Agile development teams in a previous role, and it originates with Agile expert Jeff Patton. User story mapping is our preferred way to define the scope, details and priorities of a new digital product or service. User stories help teams stay focused on people’s real needs, rather than features We guided the project team through a structured, creative process, using design-thinking techniques to generate new ideas and decide which to pursue. Deciding what to transform into became far easier with something clear to reference. Once we’d gathered all our info, we created service blueprints that gave senior stakeholders the overview they needed. Done poorly, it’s all too easy for tech to make things less personal, so this was an important insight. For example, we learned that Jelf is particularly good at building personal relationships and trust with their clients and made it a project goal to ensure the new digital services would enhance that. Staff members were able to help us map customer journeys, build personas, note pain points and share their own ideas for where innovation should happen. Pancentric hit the road and ran a series of events at Jelf offices all around the country, talking to customers and running workshops with staff, too. We needed to learn what was going on before we could decide what to do next. For our project team trying to determine a roadmap of new developments, there was no easy overview of how each office operated or what the entire customer experience looked like as people interacted with different departments. Jelf has dozens of offices around the UK, all with specialties in insuring different kinds of commercial businesses. One such case is Jelf, whom we helped kick-off a several-year digital transformation journey by getting to know not just their customers better, but their own staff, too. In other cases, they already have that knowledge in their firm it just isn’t being utilized well enough. We sometimes find our clients require qualitative research from us in order to really understand the “whys” of customer behavior. Before a company can make any meaningful decisions on what future services will be like, they first need to understand what people need and how well they’re being served today. These can be huge undertakings for large organizations, and it’s exciting for us to be able to help them shake things up!įirst and foremost, we help clients get to know their own customers better and learn what matters to them. The insurance industry is starting to pick up design methods, and companies are seeking to undergo digital transformation projects or learn how to nurture an internal culture that allows for innovation and change. We’re asked to help organizations make better digital experiences, experiment with new service models and establish more regular, meaningful contact with customers that they can learn from. Change is coming, however, driven by challenger startups and rising customer expectations. It’s common for us to see different customer service departments working in silos and legacy systems severely hampering what can be offered by way of insurance products. The insurance firms we work with have often been operating in the same way for years, and they know there’s ahuge opportunity for them in innovation. Matt Corrall, Design Director at Pancentric Digital, explains how new approaches can transform a conservative industry. I mostly focused on, how do we feel we're succeeding internally? Rather than, what is the audience going to expect out of that? Or, what kind of score will you get on Metacritic?” “Like any artist, like any creative person, you hate your own work until you don't and then you let it go. “Audience expectation absolutely factors into it, but for me I'm my own worst critic,” Preston said. Preston has established his brand as an innovative, thoughtful developer, and Solar Ash is his chance to defend it - not only in the court of public opinion, but in his own mind. Everyone's done incredible heavy lifting and worn a lot of different hats, as you have to do on this scale of team, for this scale of project.”Īs Heart Machine’s second game, there’s a lot riding on Solar Ash. “Because we have a small team making a big-ass project, and the team has been excellent in carrying through on everything that we could. “For Drifter and for Solar Ash, there are similar threads of really focusing on the core elements that are impactful and getting as much mileage out of those as we possibly can,” Preston said. That’s a bigger dev team than the original Hyper Light Drifter crew, but then again, Solar Ash is a bigger game. There are about 25 people on the Solar Ash team, including Hyper Light Drifter and It Follows composer Rich Vreeland, otherwise known as Disasterpeace. Solar Ash is filled with radioactive environments and grotesque enemies, and it's all about fluidity and agility, surfing through the ruins of lost civilizations at the center of a black hole. It doesn’t attempt to do too much, and the team instead has focused on implementing a handful of core mechanics and making them feel as perfect as possible. Solar Ash is an action platformer with Heart Machine’s DNA baked into its code. It's not trying to say ‘I'm a sequel’ or anything like that to Drifter.” but it's its own game, it's its own identity in many ways. I would say that there are connected threads between the games, because I am who I am as a creator, as an artist. So a million galaxies away, technically sure. “Not like Marvel Cinematic Universe, but literally in a universe. “I did ambiguously say it's in the same universe,” Preston said. But to be fair, Preston has personally contributed to the confusion. The protagonist, Rei, is a slender assassin on a journey to save her home from the Ultravoid, a supermassive black hole hungry for whole planets.Įven though it’s 3D, Solar Ash looks so similar to Hyper Light Drifter that Preston has had to clarify whether it’s a sequel a few times over. It’s bright and ethereal, with an emphasis on massive enemies and rapid-fire mechanics. Hyper Light Drifter was a deliciously difficult 2D action RPG, and at first glance, Solar Ash looks like the third-person, 3D interpretation of that same game world. Can I put something out there that really opens up the world and makes you feel like you can truly escape into something, a creation that is otherworldly, that you otherwise wouldn't have the experience of? A lot of my childhood was spent escaping into those bigger experiences.” “And so having answered that question, then the natural next step for me was something in 3D. “ Hyper Light was a way for me to get started, it was a way for me to be more grounded and put together a crew and understand, can I do this? Can I actually make games?” Preston said. It’s a third-person, 3D game set in a dreamlike sci-fi space called the Ultravoid. He and a growing team of developers have been working on their sophomore release, Solar Ash, since late 2016. Preston was the creative energy behind Hyper Light Drifter, a pixelated 2D title that helped define a generation of neon-coated indie hits in the mid-2010s, and he’s the founder of LA-based studio Heart Machine. I think for me that Ocarina of Time was one of those formative games that really allowed me to see what was possible within the medium.” “I was playing a lot of Ocarina of Time at the time, and so the vocals of that mixed with this kind of fantastical vision of going through a forest. “I kind of fell into a dream state,” Preston said. He also happened to be playing a lot of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time at home. One night, he found himself sitting in a pew at the heart of a large, elegant church, letting the sounds of yet another performance wash over him. As a kid, Alx Preston spent a significant amount of time as a member of the audience, watching his brother sing in choir and opera groups. Potential annual savings for the Sam’s Club member who uses 20 gallons of gas a week: $686.īefore you buy a membership, especially if just for gas, map out the warehouse locations and determine whether you’ll really be able to do your refueling regularly there, says Ted Rossman, senior industry analyst at .Īnd be aware, many other drivers are after those same savings, which means you’ll likely face long lines at the warehouse club fuel pumps. $6.55 at a nearby Chevron at 11804 Carson Street, according to GasBuddy. With that price difference, if that person were to use 20 gallons of regular gas a week, they would save about $146 annually, more than the $60 fee for a Costco Gold Star membership.Īnd a driver pulling up to the Sam’s Club at 7480 Carson Street in Long Beach, Calif., would pay $5.89 a gallon vs. That savings alone would more than offset the cost of a basic warehouse membership or even cover most of a higher-tier membership fee.įor example, someone in Independence, Mo., (outside Kansas City) would pay $3.25 a gallon for regular gas at the Costco at 19040 East Valley View Parkway, or 14 cents less than the $3.39 at a nearby QuikTrip station at 2601 Route 291, GasBuddy data show. If you get an average 20 cents off a gallon of gas, you could save more than $112 a year, assuming your driving uses up an average of 562 gallons annually. Still, the gas discounts alone may be worth the membership cost, though your savings will vary depending on your location and your mileage. Beginning in the late #940,000 range some pistols were given black plastic grip panels. The very last pistols, in the #949,500 to #952,000 range, were finished with Mauser's phosphate finish, somewhat similar to the U.S. parkerizing finish used on most M-1 rifles, M-1 Carbines and M1911 pistols. The Mauser phosphate finish is variable in color, from a dark grey to an almost green color. These phosphated pistols are quite rare today and, with Eagle/WaA135 acceptance, are highly desirable to military collectors. The Eagle/WaA135 marks are generally 'right side up' on the early phosphate pistols but 'upside down' on the later pistols. Small parts on many of these very late phosphate pistols are usually a mix of older blued parts and later phosphated parts. HScs with frames and slides of different finishes may exist and would be extremely rare and desirable to military collectors. She almost chokes at the sheer volume, you release her hair and she pulls her head back, your seed coating her tongue and oozing past her lips to drip off her chin. You know exactly what she craves and though you are her King, you are not unkind. Her eyes rise and meet yours over the vast expanse of your body and you see her desire there. She wishes she could beg for it, but her mouth and throat are full … so full. She senses how close you are and is so hungry for your precious seed. “Maybe for some, but it’s the nice guys get me wet” she said without looking away from her drink.
